I’m a builder at heart—I’ve spent my career architecting digital, analytics, and operational systems that help complex organizations run. I’ve led teams at global brands like Herbalife, Gap, Victoria's Secret, and Vera Bradley, and I thrive on turning chaos—messy data, scattered teams, broken processes—into clarity and forward motion. Taking things from 0 to 1 brings me so much joy.
Outside work, I run a small farm in Michigan with my family, and I’m usually knee-deep in a new project, whether that’s creating a personal AI OS, building a barn, or picking up enough German to get by. I’m a certified Pilates instructor, beekeeper, horse girl, mother. I'm always applying my curiosity and systems brain to whatever I’m doing. At the end of the day, I’m practical, candid, and relentlessly curious—far more interested in what’s possible than in what’s already been done.
